Downloading Distribution
Simplifide is also available through a zipped file which can be downloaded. The mechanism for this is almost the same as using the update site. In facts the contents of the zipped distribution is a subset of the update site.
1. Download the distribution from http://simplifide.com/drupal6/content/download
2. Select the menu Help->Install New Software…
3. Press archive and browse to the location of the downloaded file
4. Follow the steps to install Simplifide
